Active Paw is an online pet supplies shop. We sell everyday things that make looking after a dog or cat easier: grooming and dental care, cleaning and litter, beds and accessories, health items and toys.

This website, activepaw.co.uk, is operated by Active Paw, a sole trader business based in England. Our trading address is Office 19589, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London E6 2JA, United Kingdom. That is a correspondence address, so please contact us before sending anything back to us and we will confirm the correct return instructions.

How we source and ship

We do not manufacture what we sell. We work with supplier partners who hold stock in warehouses in several parts of the world, and each order is dispatched from the nearest warehouse that stocks that item for your delivery address.

This has two consequences worth being upfront about. Delivery times vary by product and by where you are, so every product page shows an estimated delivery window for that specific item rather than one blanket promise. And an order containing several items may arrive as more than one parcel, sometimes days apart, because those items can ship from different warehouses.

How we describe products

Product information is provided by our suppliers and verified where possible. Where we cannot confirm a detail, we would rather leave it out than guess, so you may see less specification on some listings than others. If anything on a product page turns out to be wrong, tell us and we will correct it.

We do not currently show star ratings or customer reviews, because we do not yet have a verified source for them. We would rather show nothing than show numbers we cannot stand behind.

If something goes wrong

Contact us first. Most delivery and returns questions are answered by our Shipping policy and our Returns and refunds policy, and anything those do not cover we will deal with by email. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything on this page.
